Debtbase operates the debtbase.app website. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected here, including demo requests. For anything in this policy, contact admin@debtbase.app.
When you request a demo we collect the details you submit (your name, email address, and any company name or message), along with basic technical information such as your IP address, used to prevent spam and keep the site secure. The marketing pages do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
We use your details to respond to your enquiry and set up demo access. We do not sell personal information and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Enquiries are stored in our database, hosted in Australia. We use a small number of service providers for hosting, email delivery and bot protection, some of which operate infrastructure outside Australia.
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details you have submitted at any time by emailing admin@debtbase.app. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles, and if you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
If our handling of personal information changes, we will update this page. The date below reflects the most recent revision.
